Ashish started his career in banking at Barclays Bank joining their graduate training programme in the Corporate and Investment Banking division. His career has largely focused on originations and asset management in the project finance and export credit agency sector and separately included a couple of the international M&A assignments. In 2017 he joined Assured Guaranty as a Director in the Infrastructure Finance team and was promoted to Managing Director earlier this year. In his current role he is responsibility for originating financial guarantee business across a range of UK infrastructure asset classes, including PFI/PPPs, social housing, renewables, utilities and local authority led projects.
