Lindsey has 20 years experience in the technical design and delivery of major infrastructure projects and mixed use development schemes. Lindsey has led on the delivery of multi million construction schemes for Thames Water and the Environment Agency. Lindsey is currently leading on infrastructure and engineering to facilitate the development and delivery of high-quality, sustainable homes and workspace in and around Oxford, including two new innovation districts, working for the £4bn Joint Venture Partnership between Oxford University and Legal & General.
