Stuart is Head of Technical Development, UK, for SEGRO a leading Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT) Stuart has responsibility for an existing 2.5 Million SqM of lettable warehousing, industrial property and data centres.

Prior to taking this role, Stuart was Technical Development Director for Greater London. Stuart has spend the majority of his career (24 Years) in the British Army and NATO as a Chartered Civil Engineer, working around the world on challenging infrastructure projects, in austere environments.

After leaving the military, he has spend time at Gatwick Airport, Amazon and Valor RRP. Stuart’s focus is on ensuring decarbonisation of the SEGRO estate, technical excellence and assisting SEGRO in being The Best Property Company.
